DO YOU DELIVER IN LUBBOCK?

Yes! We offer free delivery for any of packages for addresses located within the Lubbock City Limits

DO YOU DISPOSE OF THE PUMPKINS AFTER THE SEASON HAS ENDED?

For an extra fee, we will come take care of an easy, mess free disposal so you don’t have to! Options to add on a package disposal can be found located on our products page, or when you are adding a package to your cart.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF LUBBOCK?

Yes! We’ll absolutely bring the porch crafting to your location in West Texas! Let us know where you are located in the product forum questions and we’ll contact you regarding delivery, and delivery fees for traveling outside of Lubbock city limits.

BUSINESS POLICIES

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Delivery Dates are first come first serve. Full payment secures your delivery date. If you are located outside of the Lubbock city limits, you will be invoiced separately for your delivery fee, but your date will be secured upon initial checkout of your package.

Packages can be transferred to another address/person within the paid delivery zone during the season, but cannot be rolled over to the following year.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancel 7+ days before your scheduled delivery100% refund

  • Cancel within 7 days of delivery50% refund

  • Cancel on the day of delivery25% refund

  • After delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable

  • If Oh My Gourd! cancels your order, you will receive a 100% refund (this does not apply to rescheduled deliveries that are communicated in advance).

SCHEDULING AND DELIVERY

Deliveries run mid-September through late October. We schedule efficient routes and confirm your specific day upon booking, and about a week prior.

Deliveries will be made and set up starting in late afternoon/early evening hours. You will be contacted the day of with an estimated time frame.

INSTALLATION ACCESS

Please clear the area before we arrive (swept, clutter-free). Stairs/railings/planters are fine—just note anything fragile or off-limits when you book

WEATHER AND RESCHEDULING

We deliver rain or shine. If severe weather would risk safety or product quality, we’ll reschedule within the season window.

DAMAGE, THEFT, AND CRITTERS

Natural wear (sun/heat), animal nibbling, theft, or vandalism are outside our control and not covered.
